Rules and Regulations

 

The submitted works should have adequate technical quality and the length of each work should be in accordance with the following conditions :

Teasers 10-60 sec

Reporting ads, 1-3 mins

Advertising exhibition and industrial videos, 3-5 mins

Short advertising film up to 10 mins

Video-clip, 3-5 mins

All materials should be sent to the festival’s office on Flash memory - External Hard – SD cards and should have the following formats :(All the materials will be returned)

  • Format = MPEG-4
  • Container = MP4
  • Aspect Ratio = 16:9
  • Video Codec = H.264
  • Video Resolution = FULL HD (1920* 1080)

Rules and Regulations:

The entries should be presented without any logo or the name of the manufacturer and the owner of the advertisement so it will be judged better.

The production year for all entries should be after 2016.

The festival will give a certificate of participation to all selected works in the competition section.

The festival will not accept immoral and seductive advertisements.

The festival has the right to present the selected films in the cultural events and international festivals under the title of Tehran Advertising Film Festival.

The festival will not use any damaged or defective files.

The submitted work cannot be withdrawn from the festival prior to be views by the jury.

 In special cases, the final decision will be made by the festival director .

Signing the entry form by the participant means accepting all the festival’s regulations and terms.

All real and legal entities should pay the submission fee.
